ob Description – Safety Supervisor (LPS Project)Position: Safety Supervisor
Project: Lightning Protection System (LPS) Installation
Location: Site-based (Godrej & boyce mfg. co. ltd Khasra - No-174, Milestone, P.O, Village Raipur, Bhagwanpur, Uttarakhand 247661)
Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years (Electrical / Construction Safety)
- Roles & Responsibilities:LPS installation work ke dauran site safety compliance ensure karna
- Height work, scaffolding, boom lift aur ladder work ki daily safety monitoring
- Workers ko PPE (Helmet, Safety Belt, Shoes, Gloves, etc.) ka proper use ensure karna
- Toolbox Talks aur daily safety briefings conduct karna
- Unsafe acts / unsafe conditions identify karke immediate corrective action lena
- Electrical safety, earthing aur lightning protection related hazards par control rakhna
- Work Permit System aur site safety rules ka implementation
- Safety violations ke liye reporting aur documentation maintain karna
- Client / Consultant ke safety audits me coordination
- Accident / near-miss cases ki investigation aur reporting
- Required Qualifications:Diploma / Degree (Electrical / Mechanical / Safety preferred)
- Safety Certification (NEBOSH / IOSH / Diploma in Industrial Safety – preferred)
- Construction & Electrical safety ka sound knowledge
- Height work safety ka practical experience
- Basic documentation & reporting skills
- Skills Required:Strong site supervision skills
- Good communication with workers & management
- Hazard identification & risk assessment
- Knowledge of PPE, scaffolding & lifting equipment safety
- Ability to work under site conditions
Working Hours:As per site requirement
