Service Coordinator

Job Summary:We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator who will manage and coordinate freelance technicians engaged in broadband, CCTV, or DTH installations.

The candidate will ensure timely service delivery, handle customer complaints, and maintain smooth coordination between the company and field engineers.

• Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily with freelance broadband/CCTV/DTH technicians for installation and service jobs.
• Assign tasks, follow up on completion, and update job status.
• Handle customer calls and complaints related to service or installation.
• Maintain records of work done, technician payments, and service quality.
• Ensure timely closure of customer issues and report daily updates to management.
• Manage and expand a local network of technicians for quick response.
• Basic understanding of routers, fiber connections, and wiring setup preferred.
• Required Qualifications & Skills:ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication) preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in broadband / DTH / CCTV / field service coordination.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Must be comfortable handling technicians and customers both.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp / Call reporting).
• Local area knowledge and own 2-wheeler preferred.
