Position Details Position  L7 Dy Manager – Sheet Metal ( CDMM- Farm Division) Place of Posting  Rudrapur Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Thorough in technical knowledge in engineering deliverables & Supplier Manufacturing Process for Sheet Metal components.  
2. FTG Requirements finalization and their appropriate deployment
3. Develop right quality of parts to support desired production levels following APQP process
4. Study the drawing and to confirm the manufacturability.
5. Select the vendor as per guiding policy for the part.
6. Plan process at supplier end and to prepare PFC and control plan
7. Co-ordinating with all stake holders
8. Cover applicable elements of PPAP and PSW
9. PPAP trial run, check the parts and clear PPAP
10.Meet the Gateways as per MPDS (Mahindra Product Development System) targets for projects.
11. Get actively involved in project feasibility studies.
12. Ensure 100% GR acceptance for the parts after PPAP approval
13. Ensure on-time closure of DFM, VOB, TKO, etc.
14. Inter-personal skills to Manage internal & external stake holders
15. Develop and deploy processes and tools to ensure, monitor and manage the component development at supplier end.
16. Supplier Performance improvements- QCD Targets
17. Support CRUSADE initiatives
18. Drive all IMCR/ Ideation initiatives
19. Problem Solving through 8D Approach
20. To support pricing cell in cost estimation activities component wise & details costing of the components/new part Job Requirements Experience 7 to10 years Minimum Qualification BE Mech/ Automobile Skills • Practical knowledge of the sheet metal components and process • Team Player • Good Planning & Execution skills • Effective Communication skills • Good analytical abilities •- Basic SAP Knowledge Personality Traits Competencies • Proactive • Team Player General Requirements   Willingness to travel to supplier end
