Quality and Product Development Engineer

Engineer

1.  Lead the overall functions for Module manufacturing Quality Function, New Product development, Engineering, Overall Quality function, OEM, Vendor development activity.
2. New Line Project coordinate.
3. Deployment Quality Function at all stage of manufacturing
4. Define the QAP for OEMs and Vendors
5. Make the sampling plan as per IS/ISO for inspection and execute at vendor end.
6. Responsibility for product certification like IEC, BIS, ALMM, STC, References/Gold Module etc.
7. Responsibility for IMS /TQM documentation and auditing.
8. Perform PDI at internal plant as well as OEM site.
9. Support the manufacturing plant from High Impact supplier issues.
10. Responsibility for Supplier Assessment / Evaluation Mechanism, New BOM trial for cost cutting as well as alternate resources.

Must have sound presentation skill & proficiency in digital working with good presentation & communication skill, and good record keeping and good discipline too.
