JOB DESCRIPTION(JD) -SALES EXECUTIVE/ SALES MANAGER PM SURYA GHAR FREE ELECTRICITY SCHEME


COMPANY : SHRI BADRINATH VAIKALPIK URJA LIMITED.

DEPARTMENT :SALES AND MARKETING

REPORTING TO :TSM( TERRITORY SALES MANAGER)

WORK LOCATION : HALDWANI, RUDRAPUR, SITARGANJ-KHATIMA, KASHIPUR, RAMNAGAR


OBJECTIVE

Promoting the sale of solar power plants under PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme, appointing franchise and lead partners, running publicity campaigns at local level, providing loan facility (BANK LOAN) to customers, assisting in supply installations and collecting payments from customers and depositing them in the company's account.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


1. 10 FRANCHISE AND LEAD PARTNERS APPOINTED

  • Identifying and appointing qualified franchises and lead partners in each block/area.
  • Training them on planning process,documentation and lead generation.
  • To progress reports of their work by establishing regular communication.
  • Maintain daily records of leads and sales generated through the franchise.


2. 270 LEAD GENERATION & LOCAL PROMOTION

  • Organizing local campaigns in bank,panchayat buildings, power houses, schools and major markets.
  • setting up canopy/stalls and distributing pamphlets for the promotion of 'PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana'.
  • Meeting interested customers and explaining to them the scheme,subsidy,savings and loan process.
  • Meeting minimum lead targets each week.


3. SALES AND BANK LOAN PROCESS

  • Informing customers about the cost, benefits and technical details of solar power plants.
  • coordinating with the bank/NBFC to process the customer's loan and subsidy applications.
  • preparation of quotations and project proposals as per company rate list.
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.


4.COORDINATION WITH INSTALLATION TEAM

  • Providing customer information to installation team after confirmed order.
  • Providing support during supply,installation, commissioning and handover.
  • Sending site related reports and photos on time.


5.PAYMENT COLLECTION AND REPORTING

  • Collecting payments from customers and depositing them as per the prescribed procedure.
  • Reporting daily/weekly sales leads and payments to TSM.
  • Keeping records of all transactions and customer details.


QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Minimum Graduation / Diploma (Marketing /Electrical/ Business Management.
  2. 1-3 years experience in sales/Channel sales/Solar Marketing is desirable.
  3. Good understanding of local language and regional market.
  4. Basic Computer Knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp reporting).
  5. Candidates must have Two-Wheeler with Driving Licence.


SKILLS REQUIRED

  1. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  2. Franchise management and local networking skills.
  3. Teamwork, time management and goal-oriented approach.
  4. Understanding of customer service and problem-solving.



SALARY SLOTS:


15000/- TO 25000/- Per month + PF + Medical + Incentive + ( As per sales performance & collection )
