Key Responsibilities·        • Proactively identify and implement strategies for optimizing human resource costs, including leveraging government schemes like NAPS, NATS, and other available incentives

·        • Lead and manage the HR department with a team of 5–7 professionals

·        • Drive effective implementation and management of HRMS platforms

·        • Conduct regular reviews of Key Result Indicators (KRIs) across departments through PMS system and software

·        • Identify training needs and deliver structured training sessions for cross-functional teams during induction and ongoing development

·        • Ensure statutory compliance and handle employee relations effectively

·        • Implement HR best practices in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement

·        • Act as a strategic partner to leadership in workforce planning and HR strategy

·        Proactively identify and implement strate gies for optimizing human resource costs, including leveraging government schemes like NAPS, NATS, and other available initiatives

·        Create ambient work culture along with creating an Employer Brand through initiatives like Great Place to Work certifications, etc

Candidate Profile·        • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification

·        • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management

·        • Proven leadership experience in managing HR teams and driving HR initiatives

·        • Hands-on experience with HRMS and digital HR tools

·        • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

·        • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup preferred
