Quality Control Manager

🔍Job Title : Head of Quality control /Sr.Manager

👨‍🎓Qualification : Bachelor's or Master 's degree in science/Pharmacy 

💵 Salary : Up to ₹1lakh per month

👷‍♂️Experience-15yrs of experience in pharmaceutical/related quality control,with at least 5yrs in a managerial or supervisory role.       

Key Responsibilities-

Quality Control Operations:

 Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day Quality Control laboratory

activities (Chemical, Instrumental and Microbiological)

 Ensure timely testing and release of raw materials, packaging materials,

in-process samples, finished products and stability samples.

 Review and approve analytical test results, certificates of analysis (COA)

and Laboratory documentation.

 Ensure proper investigation, documentation and closure of OOS, OOT,

deviations and laboratory incidents.

 Color / product development, BOM, Formula expertise.

Compliance & Regulatory:

 Ensure QC operations comply with GMP, GLP, data integrity

requirements and applicable regulatory guidelines (e.g., WHO, FDA).

 Support internal, external, regulatory and customer audits related to QC.

 Ensure laboratory readiness for inspections and effective implementation

of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Documentation & Data Integrity:

 Ensure adherence to SOPs, test methods, specifications and protocols.

Review, approve and maintain QC-related SOPs, analytical methods

and validation documents.

 Ensure compliance with data integrity principles (ALCOA++).Led enterprise-level Lean Lab and 6S transformation programs, driving

laboratory efficiency, space optimization and waste elimination.

 Championed product, process and Quality Improvement Programs (QIP)

delivering measurable cost savings, cycle-time reduction and

performance improvement.

 Directed QC laboratory automation and digitalization initiatives to

enhance data integrity, productivity and compliance.

 Provided strategic leadership for new laboratory setup, capacity

expansion and new product launch readiness.
