Academic Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Academic Counsellor for our Pre-School & Primary Centre (Nursery to Class 5). The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, good communication skills, and preferably prior experience in a pre-school or primary school environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Guide parents and students regarding admissions, curriculum, and learning programs.
• Conduct counselling sessions and explain academic structure clearly.
• Coordinate with teachers to monitor student progress and parent feedback.
• Maintain student records, follow-up calls, and admission documentation.
• Support centre operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Handle parent queries professionally and build long-term trust.
• Assist in planning school events, orientations, and academic activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team coordination ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets)
• Organized, patient, and child-friendly personality

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate (B.Ed / D.El.Ed / Education / Psychology preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in Pre-School / Primary School / Education Centre
• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• Female candidates preferred
• Local candidates preferred for long-term stability
