Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to manage, grow, and optimize our presence on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, Twitter, and Facebook.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for digital marketing, content trends, and community engagement, along with the ability to execute strategies and deliver measurable results.

Roles & Responsibilities:

📌 Social Media Handling

• Manage daily posting across all platforms
• Plan and schedule content calendar (reels, stories, carousels, polls, etc.)
• Coordinate with graphic/video teams for visuals and creatives

📌 Campaign & Growth Strategy

• Plan and execute follower growth strategies and engagement hacks
• Run Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) & Google Ads for leads and branding
• Monitor ad performance, optimize budgets, and increase ROI

📌 Community & Trend Monitoring

• Respond to messages, comments, and queries on all platforms
• Keep track of social media trends and integrate them into content
• Run polls and quizzes on Telegram/Instagram for engagement

📌 Performance Analysis

• Track and report growth, engagement, and campaign results weekly
• Use tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and analytics dashboards
• Skills Required:Proven experience or internship in digital/social media marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and content trends

Tools knowledge:

• Canva, Buffer/Later, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Basic English communication is sufficient, fluency is a plus
