Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to develop and manage dealer/retailer networks in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retailers and dealers regularly
- Generate new leads and appoint new dealers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Collect orders and ensure timely payments
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler & valid driving license
- Basic knowledge of paints industry preferred
