  Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management

* Manage day-to-day project operations and coordination

* Ensure timely execution and reporting of site activities

• Project Management

* Assist in planning, monitoring, and execution of real estate projects

* Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables

 • Sales & Business Development

* Support lead generation and client engagement

* Participate in site visits, presentations, and deal closures

 • Marketing & Branding

* Execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline)

* Support brand-building initiatives and promotional strategies

• Market Research & Innovation

* Conduct market analysis and competitor research

* Recommend innovative strategies for growth

Required Skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

* Basic understanding of real estate sector

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

* Creative, proactive, and result-oriented approach
