Overview

Shanti Gramin Vikas Trust Samiti is looking for dedicated and motivated young men and women for the position of Training Manager to support skill development, livelihood promotion, and women empowerment programs across Bihar. The Training Manager will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and supervising district-level training activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage all training programs conducted under various livelihood and skill development schemes.

Supervise trainers and ensure smooth functioning of training centers.

Maintain trainee records including registration, attendance, and performance reports.

Conduct field visits to monitor training quality and trainee engagement.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and submit them to the head office.

Ensure effective implementation of women empowerment and livelihood initiatives.

Support community outreach and mobilization for new trainee enrollment.

Coordinate with district officials, community leaders, and local institutions.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.

Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Reporting Tools).

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage field operations and coordinate multiple activities.

Must be willing to work in rural areas and travel within the district.
