Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all resort operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance

Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle escalations professionally

Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance

Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue performance

Maintain health, safety, and quality standards

Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy and guest experience

Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Resort Manager, Hotel Manager, or similar role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of hospitality management systems

Financial and operational management experience

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field

Experience managing luxury or boutique resorts
