Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction and Sales: Engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the car selection process.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to effectively address customer queries.
Sales Closing: Negotiating prices, handling objections, and completing sales transactions, including paperwork and financing arrangements.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Lead Generation and Follow-up: Identifying and pursuing potential leads, following up with inquiries, and converting leads into sales.
Showroom Management: Ensuring the showroom is well-maintained, vehicles are presented attractively, and promotional materials are up-to-date.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with sales managers, finance teams, and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving individual and team sales goals, contributing to the overall revenue generation of the dealership.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals, handle objections, and negotiate effectively.
