Key Responsibilities:· Support Recruitment Functions, Receive complete training in all aspects of HR Recruitment ,operations, compliance, and

employee lifecycle management.

· Support onboarding and induction processes, ensuring smooth joining formalities in HRMS.

· Verify employee documentation and maintain accurate records in the internal database.

· Assist in managing payroll inputs, leave management, and employee benefits administration.

· Draft and manage HR letters, contracts, and compliance-related documents.

· Coordinate employee engagement activities and support internal HR communications.

· Prepare and update HR dashboards, daily/weekly reports, and maintain data confidentiality.

· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve employee queries related to policies, attendance, and benefits.

Requirements:· Degree/Certification in HR Management (BBA ,BBM,BCOM preferred) with zeal to Build career in HR industry .

· Proficiency in South Indian languages will be an added advantage.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Quick learner with attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

· Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
