Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Title: Receptionist (Male Candidates Only)Location: Goa (Candidates within Goa preferred)

Experience Required: 0–2 Years

Skills: Basic Tally & MS Excel

• Job Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries.
• Maintain visitor records and manage appointment schedules.
• Perform basic data entry and record-keeping using Tally and MS Excel.
• Assist with billing entries, vouchers, and simple accounting support.
• Handle courier management and office correspondence.
• Support day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Requirements:Female candidates only.
• Candidates residing within Goa will be preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, organized, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and email handling.
• Qualification:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
