Showroom Sales Executive

• Handle showroom walk-in customers and understand their requirements related to sanitaryware, tiles, bathroom fittings, and wellness products.
• Provide product demonstrations and expert guidance to customers on suitable products, features, and pricing.
• Drive retail showroom sales by converting walk-in enquiries into successful orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
• Achieve monthly sales and contribute to overall showroom revenue growth.
• Assist customers with product selection, quotations, and order processing.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates using basic computer systems.
• Keep the showroom well-organized and ensure proper display of products for better customer experience.
• Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; undergraduates with strong showroom sales experience may also apply.
• 3-4 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or inside sales.
• Experience in sanitaryware, tiles, bathroom fittings, wellness products, luxury products, or automobile sales will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers confidently.
• Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with a passion for sales and relationship building.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / billing systems).
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Konkani preferred.
