Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Soft Play Area Attendant to join our team at Hop Là. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children, ensuring their safety and enjoyment while they engage in various activities. This role requires close monitoring of the play area, assisting children as needed, and creating a fun and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Child Interaction:

* Engage with children in a friendly and positive manner.

* Assist children with play equipment and activities, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.

* Encourage participation in games and activities, fostering a lively and inclusive atmosphere.

* Safety Monitoring:

* Closely monitor children to ensure their safety at all times.

* Enforce safety rules and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

* Address any safety concerns promptly and effectively, providing first aid when necessary.

* Customer Service:

* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, addressing their questions and concerns.

* Provide information about the play area’s facilities, activities, and safety procedures.

* Ensure all visitors feel welcome and supported during their visit.

* Maintenance and Cleanliness:

* Keep the play area clean, organized, and free of hazards.

* Regularly inspect play equipment for any damage or wear and report any issues to the supervisor.

* Assist with the setup and cleanup of activities and events.

* Team Collaboration:

* Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth operation.

* Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality.

* Assist in planning and organizing special events and activities as needed.

Qualifications:

* Education and Experience:
