We Are Hiring for Clothing brand- Store Manager (SM)

Location: Goa, Ahmedabad, Pune & Mumbai

Salary: 35,000-45,000 per month (Based on experience)

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Store Manager to manage daily store operations and support our retail/quick-commerce store team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow

Handle team performance, attendance, and shift planning

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and audit compliance

Ensure timely order processing and coordinate with logistics

Maintain store hygiene, safety, and discipline

Achieve store targets and ensure customer satisfaction

Prepare and share daily operational reports with management

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in retail apparel brand

Age: 22 - 30 years

Strong team management and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
