Store Manager

Role Overview

As the Manager at Hop Là, you’ll oversee daily operations of the play area, celebration/workshop area and café, ensure great customer experiences, and lead the team. You will coordinate with parents, kids, vendors, facilitators, and the founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the play area, café, and celebration zone
• Lead and support the team for smooth service
• Plan and execute workshops, events, and birthdays
• Coordinate with vendors (bakers, decorators, facilitators, etc.)
• Track inventory, raw materials, and café sales
• Share regular updates and reports with owners
• Ensure high-quality customer service
• Maintain a clean, safe, kid-friendly space

Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and people skills
• Warm, kid-friendly personality
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in team management preferred
• Event/operations experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently
