Job Description: Female Videographer (Travel-Based Role)Position: Female VideographerReporting To: Richa Ma’amLocation: Travel-based (Pan India )Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a talented and creative Female Videographer to travel with Richa Ma’am for shoots, events, workshops, brand collaborations, and daily content creation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about videography, comfortable with travel, and able to capture high-quality content in dynamic environments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality video footage during travels, events, shoots, and daily activities.
• Assist in planning and conceptualizing video content aligned with Richa Ma’am’s brand and style.
• Manage behind-the-scenes coverage, lifestyle videos, vlogs, interviews, and promotional shoots.
• Edit videos for social media platforms (Reels, YouTube, Shorts, promos, etc.).
• Maintain and manage camera equipment, lighting, audio, and accessories.
• Work closely with the creative and social media team to produce consistent, engaging content.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited content.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• RequirementsProfessional experience in videography and video editing (Minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Strong editing skills on software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
• Creative eye for composition, storytelling, and aesthetics.
• Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes at short notice.
• Ability to work long and flexible hours during events and shoots.
• Presentable, disciplined, and comfortable working closely with Richa Ma’am.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong work ethics.
• Preferred QualitiesExperience creating content for influencers, coaches, or lifestyle brands.
• Ability to take creative initiative and suggest new content ideas.
• Understanding of current social media trends and formats.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
