Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Freelance

Location: WFH/Hybrid

Experience: Fresher to 5 years (depending on role)

Role Overview

You will play a key role in supporting our expo projects and B2B business growth—from designing visually impactful exhibition stands to generating high-quality leads and driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities (Based on Role)

3D Designer

Design creative and functional 3D expo stands, booths, and displays

Produce high-quality 3D renders and visual presentations

Revise designs based on client and project requirements

Digital Marketer

Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for expos and events

Manage paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and landing pages

Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance

Business Development Executive

Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, and outreach

Identify decision-makers and schedule meetings

Maintain CRM and support the sales pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Relevant experience in 3D Design, Digital Marketing, or B2B Sales

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to meet deadlines and performance targets

Experience with expo, exhibition, or B2B industries is a plus

Technical Skills (Role-Specific):

3D Designer: 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion

Digital Marketer: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRM tools

Business Development: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, lead qualification
