JOB OPPORTUNITY: PERSONAL LOAN RECOVERY COLLECTION TEAM LEADER

KISSHT & RING, one of India’s leading and fastest-growing digital lending platforms (operated by ONEMI Technology Solutions), is expanding its recovery operations across Tamil Nadu. We are looking for 50 dynamic and result-oriented leaders to manage our personal loan collection teams.

POSITION: COLLECTION TEAM LEADER (Personal Loan Recovery)

Operational areas cover the entire state, from Chennai to Kanyakumari.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & ELIGIBILITY:

Experience: Mandatory experience in debt recovery, collections, or financial operations.

Essential: Candidates must own a two-wheeler and a valid license for field-based duties.

Age Limit: No age limit; we value experience and performance.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
