Delivery Executive

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and safe delivery of supplies within Salem city/local routes only.
• Manage peon and basic office support tasks as and when required.
• Handle logistics dispatch and deliveries to courier offices, transport offices, bus parcels, etc.
• Maintain records of delivery updates and report in the Lystloc App.
• Assist in loading/unloading parcels where required (especially heavy consignments).
• Coordinate with internal team for smooth dispatch operations.

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent qualification.
• Must hold a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Basic understanding of local routes in Salem and nearby areas.
• Punctual, reliable, and disciplined with good work ethics.
• Ability to handle medium/heavy parcels (15–20kg) when needed.

Incentive Plan

• ₹2 per delivery completed (volume-based incentive).
• ₹400 Attendance Bonus for completing a full month without unplanned leave.

Work Schedule

• 6 days a week (Sunday Off).
• Monthly 1 day Paid Leave.
• Local delivery routes only (No outstation travel).
• Work Timing : 10:00am – 8:30pm.

பணி & பொறுப்புகள்

• சேலம் நகரம் மற்றும் அருகிலுள்ள உள்ளூர்ப் பாதைகளில் பொருட்களை நேரத்திற்குள் பாதுகாப்பாக விநியோகம் செய்தல்.
• அலுவலகத்தில் தேவையான அடிப்படை (பீயன்) பணிகள் செய்யுதல்.
• லாஜிஸ்டிக்ஸ் டிஸ்பாச் மற்றும் டெலிவரி பணிகளை கூரியர் ஆபிஸ், டிரான்ஸ்போர்ட் ஆபிஸ், பஸ் பார்சல்கள் போன்ற இடங்களுக்கு மேற்கொள்வது.
• Lystloc App-இல் டெலிவரி அப்டேட்களை பதிவு செய்தல்.
• தேவையான சந்தர்ப்பங்களில் பார்சல்கள் (கனரக பொருட்கள்) ஏற்றுதல்/இறக்குதல்.
• குழுவுடன் இணைந்து டிஸ்பாச் பணிகள் சீராக நடைபெற ஒத்துழைத்தல்.

தகுதி & திறன்கள்

• குறைந்தபட்சம் 10ஆம் வகுப்பு தேர்ச்சி அல்லது அதற்கு இணையான கல்வித் தகுதி.
• செல்லுபடியாகும் இருசக்கர வாகன உரிமம் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
• சேலம் மற்றும் அருகிலுள்ள பாதைகள் பற்றிய அடிப்படை அறிவு.
• நேர்த்தி, நம்பகத்தன்மை, ஒழுக்கம் கொண்டவராக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
• 15–20 கிலோ எடை கொண்ட பார்சல்கள் களை தூக்க / கையாளும் திறன்.

ஊக்கத் தொகை திட்டம்

• ஒவ்வொரு டெலிவரி-க்கும் ரூ.2 (வாலியூம் அடிப்படையில்).
• மாதம் முழுவதும் திடீர் விடுப்பு இன்றி பணிபுரிந்தால் ரூ.400 அட்டென்டன்ஸ் போனஸ்.

பணி நேரம்

• வாரத்தில் 6 நாட்கள் (ஞாயிறு விடுமுறை).
• மாதத்தில் 1 நாள் பணம் வழங்கப்படும் விடுப்பு.
• உள்ளூர்ப் பாதைகள் மட்டும் (வெளிநகர் பயணம் இல்லை).
• பணி நேரம் : காலை 10:00 மணி முதல் இரவு 8:30 மணி வரை
