🧭 Role Overview:

Overall monitoring of Floor Coordinators deployed at branches under the RBO and ensuring smooth coordination between branches, AO/RBO, and SBOSS.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Overall monitoring of Floor Coordinators under assigned RBO

* Surprise branch visits to assess performance and role compliance

* Act as a link between Floor Coordinators, AO/RBO, and SBOSS

* Track performance and submit reports to AO/RBO & SBOSS

* Support branch operations and customer handling when required
