Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate eye screening camps in schools, colleges, corporates, and communities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to ensure satisfaction and follow-ups.
Develop and manage referral networks with doctors and clinics.
Conduct field marketing activities and promote hospital services.
Submit regular activity and performance reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field.
Good communication and networking skills.
Willingness to travel for camps and referral visits.
Experience in healthcare marketing preferred.
