Pre-Primary Teacher

Job Title: Pre-Primary School Teacher

Timing: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Reporting to: School Director / Academic Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are Seeking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be creative, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young children aged 2 to 5 years, ensuring their safety, development, and early education through structured activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver age-appropriate learning plans and activities
• Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment
• Support the physical, emotional, and social development of children
• Encourage creativity through storytelling, games, music, and art
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress
• Ensure classroom cleanliness and hygiene
• Observe and record child behavior and development
• Assist in organizing school events and celebrations

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil
• Patience, energy, and a child-friendly attitude
• Basic knowledge of early childhood learning methods

Work Hours:

9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Full-time)

Salary:

Performance-based pay. Incentives and raises will be offered based on regular evaluations.

Other Terms:

• A one-year lock-in period is mandatory upon joining.
• Candidates must be committed to completing the academic year.
• Candidates having own vehicle is preferred
