Job Description
- ResponsibilitiesConduct tele-calling with regular clients to inform them about current offers and promotions.
- Handle all incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily financial reconciliation.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Working Hours 🕒10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
- Salary & Benefits 💰Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives available
- Time Off PolicyEntitled to 3 days off per month
- Note: No leave is permitted on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays (mandatory working days)
