(Company is into Oil and Gas government Firm) on contract basis for 3 yrs. and it is renewal contract and there is 4 months of probationary period.

Profile- Regional Sales Manager (NFR- Non fuel Revenue).

Min Qualification-  Graduation

Salary structure is below for your reference.

CTC- 41130/- pm

Gross Salary – 36680/- pm

In hand salary- 32180/- pm

Job Description: RSM-NFR is given below.

1.       Visit all the retail outlets and collect details of (NFR) activities. 

2.       Develop database of Existing (NFR) spaces, both Used & Vacant, available at the retail outlets including Size, Area, Photographs, existing/earlier (NFR) partner etc. 

3.       Manage the existing (NFR) partners and scale up the association

4.       Find suitable (NFR) partners for Vacant (NFR) space

5.       Follow up and collect outstanding amount from (NFR) partners

6.       Follow up and collect TDS certificate from (NFR) partners

7.       Co-ordinate with RE & A Officer of the region for

A. Preparation of Invoices.

B. Reconciliation of NFR partner’s account.

8.       Any other (NFR) related activities.

·      Mediclaim Insurance: Company will be provided with a Mediclaim insurance cover of Rs. 5 lakhs for you and 3 other dependent family members. You will also be covered with life insurance benefit coverage of Rs. 20 lakhs.

·      Telephone Charges: Rs.600 per month will be reimbursed towards fixed telephone charges

·      Conveyance expenses will be paid as per the following rates, which will be based on the location where you are posted:

·        Night Allowance- IF RSMs will travel more than 100 KM to 150KM and He will avail night stay than RSM to claim night halt charges of INR 2000 per night.
