- Responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients for Micro Loan Against Property (MLAP) products. - Focus on inclusive banking within the specified South Tamil Nadu regions including Erode, Salem, Namakkal, and Vazhapadi. - Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable loan products. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction. - Maintain and expand the customer base by building long-term relationships. - Monitor loan portfolios and ensure timely collections and compliance. - Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage client relationships. - Role demands knowledge of banking products, especially secured loans like MLAP. - Candidate should be adaptable to work in multiple cities within the region. - Emphasis on customer-centric approach and meeting business targets.
