Sales Executive

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to manage office-based B2B sales operations in our wholesale-to-retail business. The role focuses on customer coordination, lead follow-ups, and billing, with occasional field visits for meetings or order closures.

Experienced candidates are preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle retailer and distributor inquiries and follow-ups.

Manage quotations, billing, and data entry using Tally and MS Office.

Communicate with customers via calls, emails, and messages.

Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch, delivery, and documentation.

Prepare daily sales reports and maintain client records.

Support office operations and assist in sales documentation.

Occasionally visit clients for business meetings or lead closures.

Requirements:

Experience: 0–3 years in sales or office coordination (freshers welcome).

Good knowledge of Tally, Excel, Word, and Email handling.

Excellent communication in Hindi, English, and Tamil.

Comfortable with limited field work.

Positive attitude, team player, and result-oriented mindset.
