Job SummaryBethliving is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our Salem showroom. The role involves driving sales performance, managing and mentoring the sales team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and achieving business targets aligned with Bethliving’s growth plans.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Drive walk-in conversions and overall showroom performance
• Train, mentor, and motivate Sales Executives on product knowledge and selling skills
• Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and lead management
• Ensure proper handling of high-value customers and critical closures
• Oversee telecalling, enquiry management, and CRM follow-ups
• Coordinate with operations, backend, and installation teams for smooth execution
• Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising as per Bethliving standards
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and share insights with management
• Handle customer escalations and ensure resolution with high satisfaction levels
• Desired Skills & Qualifications5–10 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Strong background in furniture, interiors, or lifestyle retail preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive target-based performance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Good understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting
• Ability to manage showroom operations independently
• Fluency in Tamil; English/Hindi is an added advantage
