Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Manager/Head leads, trains, and motivates a team of agents to hit sales targets by creating strategies, analyzing market trends, building client relationships, managing operations, ensuring compliance, and reporting performance to leadership, focusing on driving revenue and customer satisfaction in a competitive market. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Training: Recruit, mentor, train, and motivate sales agents, conducting performance reviews and providing coaching.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, set targets, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, manage budgets, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • ** Market Analysis:** Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust tactics to stay ahead.
  • ** Client & Stakeholder Relations:** Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Prepare sales forecasts, analyze data, report to senior management, and ensure adherence to real estate laws. 

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales and team leadership.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
