We're looking for motivated Team Leaders to join our team in Salem , Ooty , Udumalpet ,Hosur, Kallakurichi and Attur ! As a Leader, you'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and close sales

- Team Handling

-Fixing Appointments and Meeting the clients in Person

- Build relationships with local businesses

- Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions

- Meet sales targets and contribute to team growth

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Proven Skills in Team Management

-Should Complete Individual Target & Team Targets as well

- Sales experience (1-3 years)

- Local market knowledge (Erode , Tirupur , Salem , Hosur, Kallakurichi and Attur)

- Self-motivated and target-driven
