Scaling up the Business

(1) Heading Microfinance Business of 1-2 assigned states(2) Responsible to scale up the business as per Annual Action plan / Quarterly and Monthly Targets(3) Deeper engagement with Business Correspondent (BC) Promoters, Top Managements, Business team through periodic meetings, review calls etc(4) Review of Expansion strategy, Disbursement plan and Business performance of BC Branches(5) Review of Branch / State wise portfolio quality of CSB Bank portfolio, reviewing portfolio triggers(6) Ensuring timely reporting of BCs like MPR, QPR, Financials(7) Review of all findings highlighted by Credit Monitoring team and ensuring timely closure of these points.
