Job Description
Job Title: Office Assistant / Online Service ExecutiveJob Description:
We are looking for a smart and responsible candidate to work in our online service center. Our office provides various public services such as Train Ticket Booking, Bus Booking, Flight Ticket Booking, Money Transfer, PAN Card Application, Passport Services and other online related works.
The candidate should be able to handle customers politely and assist them in completing online services.
Work Location:
We have 2 branches in Salem
- Near Salem Junction Railway Station
- Near Sona College of Technology
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers for ticket bookings (Train / Bus / Flight)
- Help in PAN Card, Passport and other online applications
- Handle money transfer and basic computer work
- Maintain customer records and receipts
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication with customers
- Responsible and sincere worker
- Freshers can also apply
