Composite Skill Lab – Trainer | Role Description

About the Role

ENpower (Enlearning Skill Development Ltd.) is seeking a highly professional, ownership-driven, and future-ready educator to join us as a Composite Skill Lab – Trainer. This role involves delivering a holistic, technology-integrated curriculum in schools, designed to build 21st-century skills among students.

This is a 3-year contractual engagement, ideal for individuals who are passionate about education, comfortable with technology, and motivated to make a sustained impact within a school ecosystem.

Role & Responsibilities

• The trainer will be allocated to one school and will act as the primary anchor for the Composite Skill Lab program at the school level.

• Deliver an integrated curriculum covering Human Skills, Digital Skills, Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurship, Communication, Technology, Coding, and Soft Skills.

• Conduct lab-based and classroom sessions using activity-driven methodologies, multiple pedagogies, and competency-based approaches.

• Plan, execute, and complete sessions within defined timelines, ensuring high-quality delivery.

• Closely engage with students across assigned grades, fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

• Assess students regularly, evaluate learning outcomes, and maintain accurate student progress records.

• Manage and update all program-related data, assessments, and reports using digital tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, and documentation.

• Coordinate with school leadership, teachers, and internal program teams for smooth implementation and stakeholder alignment.

• Uphold professional standards, accountability, and ownership in all aspects of program delivery.

Eligibility & Background

• B.E / B.Tech in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering

• Diploma in Electronics with relevant experience

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields

• Exposure to Robotics, Arduino, IoT, Coding, 3D Printing, or TinkerCad is an added advantage

• Strong interest in teaching, mentoring, and facilitation

• Proficiency in English and Punjabi is mandatory

• Compensation: As per role standards and interview outcome
