Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Recruitment and Development Manager located in Samastipur. The individual will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new insurance agents, providing training to develop their skills, and ensuring they meet their sales targets. Additional responsibilities include monitoring agent performance, supporting business development initiatives, and fostering strong communication to optimize teamwork.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with insurance agents and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Training & Development and experience in delivering training programs to enhance professional skills.

Ability to support Recruiting efforts aimed at identifying, onboarding, and retaining talented insurance agents.

Understanding of Insurance principles, products, and sales approaches to drive successful outcomes.

Experience in team management or leadership roles is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
