Job Description
- Job Title: Sales Executive – Residential SolarLocation: Multiple districts in Bihar (local candidates preferred)Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Travel Allowance + Incentives
- Phone bill support / Postpaid SIM provided
- Requirements: Intermediate in any stream (non-technical candidates welcome)
- Must own a bike and a smartphone
- Good communication skills and polite civil sense
- Patience and willingness to work with residential customers
- Ability to travel within assigned district areas
- Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and acquire residential customers for rooftop solar solutions
- Explain scheme benefits, subsidies, and company offerings to customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for site surveys and installations
- Meet monthly sales targets (in kW) with discipline and consistency
