Laser Cutting Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Laser Cutting Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain laser cutting machines to cut metal according to design specifications. The candidate should have technical knowledge of CNC laser machines, ability to read drawings, and focus on quality and safety.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC laser cutting machine (Fiber Laser )
• Read and understand technical drawings and CAD files
• Set machine parameters such as speed, power, and cutting path
• Load and unload raw materials (MS, SS, Aluminum sheets, etc.)
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Follow production schedules and meet daily targets
• Maintain workplace safety and housekeeping (5S standards)
• Record production data and report issues to supervisor
