Key Responsibilities:

Handle distributor and retailer network across the assigned territory.

Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure primary & secondary sales growth.

Appoint new distributors and manage existing ones.

Supervise a team of Sales Executives / Sales Officers.

Plan market visits, ensure product availability, and manage display visibility.

Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.

Regularly monitor competitor activities and share market insights.

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Product Sales.

Proven track record in channel sales and team handling.

Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
