📝 Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team across multiple states.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business to business opportunities across assigned regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Promote company products and drive sales growth in the assigned market.
  • Manage end-to-end sales activities and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather market insights, track customer feedback, and suggest strategy improvements.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to enhance overall performance.


🎯 Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Development, Sales Management, or Channel Sales.
  • Ability to understand buyer needs and create tailored sales solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach toward market trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
  • Experience in the textile, apparel, or saree industry is an added advantage.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region.
