📝 Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business to business opportunities across assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
- Promote company products and drive sales growth in the assigned market.
- Manage end-to-end sales activities and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Gather market insights, track customer feedback, and suggest strategy improvements.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance overall performance.
🎯 Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated experience in Business Development, Sales Management, or Channel Sales.
- Ability to understand buyer needs and create tailored sales solutions.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach toward market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
- Experience in the textile, apparel, or saree industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region.
