Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in person

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications

Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Maintain records of issues, solutions, and system updates

Ensure timely resolution of support tickets

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, OS (Windows/Linux), and networking

Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and ticketing systems

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in shifts and under pressure

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech / Any Graduate (IT preferred)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in IT support or helpdesk role
