Role SummaryLooking for an experienced RAC Technician who can handle installation, servicing, and repair of AC and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial environments such as warehouses, cold storages, and manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities: Installation & Commissioning Install Split AC, Window AC, Cassette, Duct able, VRF/VRV systems

• Install refrigeration units for cold storage and freezers
• Perform piping, wiring, and system commissioning
• Maintenance (AMC)Perform preventive maintenance of AC and refrigeration systems
• Clean filters, coils, drainage systems
• Check compressors, refrigerant levels, electrical connections
• Breakdown & RepairsDiagnose and repair compressors, motors, fans, sensors, and PCBs
• Perform gas charging (R22, R32, R410A, R134a)
• Detect and repair gas leaks and electrical faults
• Cold Storage SystemsMaintain warehouse and cold storage refrigeration systems
• Ensure temperature stability and equipment performance
• DocumentationMaintain service reports and job cards
• Record material usage and spare parts
• Report complex issues to senior engineers

Required Skills: AC installation & servicing

• Gas charging and leak detection
• Compressor and refrigeration repair
• VRF / VRV and ductable AC systems
• Electrical wiring and troubleshooting
• AMC servicing and reporting

Requirements: ITI in RAC (Mandatory)

• 3–6 years field experience
• Knowledge of R22, R32, R410A, R134a refrigerants
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and manuals
• Valid driving license and own vehicle
