Job Description
Relationship Manager/Relationship Officer - Home LoansPrimary Objective:
To build and maintain long-term customer relationships, generate quality home loan leads, and manage the sales process from sourcing to disbursal, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate leads through field travel, site promotions, group meetings, and networking in assigned catchment areas.
- Build and manage relationships with Affordable Housing builders, brokers, DSAs, and corporate partners.
- Attend to walk-in clients and visit customers at their location for meetings and presentations.
- Recommend suitable home loan products and clearly communicate their benefits to customers.
- Execute local branding and marketing activities.
Customer & Process Management:
- Spearhead the documentation process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage the sales funnel from customer login to disbursement, focusing on a "First Time Right" approach for faster turnaround.
- Track leads, Work-In-Progress (WIP) files, and ensure timely disbursements and transactions.
- Maintain accurate and transparent information on customers, properties, and sellers.
- Resolve instrument-related cases within defined timelines.
Compliance & Support:
- Adhere strictly to all company policies regarding cash management, documentation, and integrity.
- Support early-stage collections (0-24 Months) as required, focusing on collections efficiency.
- Contribute to branch performance goals and support digitization initiatives.
- Stay updated on company products, pricing, policies, and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications & Competencies:
- Graduate degree.
- Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in the Regional Language and Hindi is desirable.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Email, Web-based systems).
- Willingness for extensive field travel and customer interface.
