Job Description: Site Engineer (Tendering & Projects)

We are looking for a highly qualified and versatile Site Engineer to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, administrative skill in tendering, and the flexibility to manage on-site operations across various project locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Tendering & Documentation: Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing technical bids, and understanding tender requirements/specifications.
• Project Supervision: Oversee daily on-site activities to ensure work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Site Management: Coordinate with labor, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery and resource optimization.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and communicate project milestones or delays to the senior management.
• Technical Oversight: Provide engineering solutions for on-site challenges and ensure the structural integrity of all construction activities.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsEducational Background: Must possess both a B.Tech and an M.Tech in Civil Engineering (or a related field).
• Tendering Expertise: Proven knowledge of the tendering process, including bid preparation, cost estimation, and management.
• Mobility: Must be willing to travel and work at any project location as per the company’s requirements.
• Supervisory Skills: Strong leadership abilities to manage site staff, foremen, and subcontractors effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and manage project schedules.
