Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant to join our client place based at Gurgaon, Haryana. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position offers ₹25000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and auditors.
• Provide support during audits and financial inspections.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
• Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software i.e. Tally, MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
