Associate Manager - Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Identify key business opportunities in EXIM segment.
  • Develop new customers for EXIM business.
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Achieve revenue & volume targets and optimize sales efforts.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships to generate additional revenue.
  • Expand targeted customer base and industry reach.
  • Ensure timely submission of technically and commercially viable proposals/quotations.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management with multitasking skill.

 

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders to drive organizational growth and product development.
  • Build strong relationships through regular visits and prompt responses to customer and shipping line queries.
  • Contribute to corporate sales planning and strategy development.
  • Conduct market intelligence and research to map business potential and identify new customers.

People Management:

  • Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
  • Coordinate effectively with team members to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Graduate (Regular); MBA in Marketing & Sales preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 6+ years in Logistics & Supply Chain Sales, Operations, and Key Account Management.
