Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup & Operation: Set up and operate VMC, HMC, and CNC machines (lathe/milling).
- Technical Reading: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
- Process Control: Load raw materials and monitor machining for accuracy and finish.
- Adjustments: Perform tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments.
- Inspection: Check parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintenance: Keep machines clean and perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Reporting: Troubleshoot and report machine or quality issues.
- Safety: Follow all safety standards and production guideline
