Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update data in company systems, spreadsheets, ERP, or software tools.
- Maintain daily records for production, sales, purchase, and inventory (as required).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all entered data.
- Verify, correct, and clean data to avoid duplication or errors.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by management.
- Store documents, files, and records in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data.
- Coordinate with internal staff to collect and validate data.
- Perform basic administrative tasks (printing, filing, scanning, documentation).
